For Alejandra Chavarria

I am a goddess
But I created this form
Out of flesh and blood
So you can see me

And I have seen
All the temples
And the halls
Of knowledge

And found
That they wrote
What I already
Knew

I am here
To show you
That your path of life
Is uniquely yours

I may appear
As a goddess to you
But the truth of the matter is
It's just simply me

Carried by the wind from the hills

Acropolis, from afar
My heart was drawn
To this soulful sound
Carried by the wind
From the hills

Poseidon's Temple
Built on the top of a cliff
Holds the secret of ages past
Carried by the wind
From the hills

Ancient goddess, with the gods
Of life and livingness
When I call on you
I feel like I am carried
By the wind from the hills

When my mind is in doubt
Which way to go
I listen to your song
Carried by the wind
From the hills
